Job Description: We are seeking a seasoned and highly motivated public health professional to join our team in a senior capacity, focusing on quality assurance initiatives within the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will possess a postgraduate degree in Public Health or a related discipline and bring a minimum of 8 years of progressive experience, with a strong emphasis on the implementation of the National Quality Assurance Standards (NQAS) . Key Responsibilities: Lead and support the implementation of NQAS across public healthcare facilities, including planning, coordination, and on-ground facilitation. Conduct comprehensive quality assessments, identify gaps, and develop targeted action plans to drive continuous quality improvement. Prepare high-quality documentation, including assessment reports, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality improvement plans. Facilitate capacity-building initiatives through training and mentoring of facility-level staff and other stakeholders on quality standards and assessment tools. Contribute to the design and development of proposals for new public health and quality assurance projects. Engage with clients and stakeholders, both governmental and non-governmental, to support project planning, execution, and reporting. Maintain an up-to-date understanding of national and international quality frameworks and integrate best practices into project execution. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to meet project deliverables and ensure alignment with client expectations. Preferred Profile: Postgraduate degree in Public Health, Healthcare Management, or a related field. At least 8 years of relevant professional experience, with a minimum of 4 years directly involved in NQAS implementation. Proven expertise in conducting quality assessments, preparing detailed reports, and developing pragmatic, actionable improvement plans. Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to synthesize complex information. Demonstrated experience in proposal development, stakeholder engagement, and client management within the public health or healthcare consultancy domain. A business-oriented mindset with the ability to think strategically and align project objectives with broader organizational goals. Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
