Role Name: Junior Relationship Manager Work Outline: Building new relationships & cultivating existing ones with tile contractors in a structured module provided by the company. For sales, close coordination with the accounts and operations team is required to ensure timely delivery and collections within the desired time. Ensuring Regular meet-ups with stakeholders and adherence to service quality after-sales policies in the field, as per the company's established policy. Ensuring NPS is extremely high and the recurring accounts % is above 90. Ensuring a weekly quota of x’ ground visits is met at the client location to understand requirements, mitigate problems, and communicate about new products. Must-haves: A bachelor's / Diploma degree + Have at least 1-2 Years of working experience. (MBA from a tier 2 at least) Excellent hold in English and Hindi. (Speaking + Writing) Proficiency in Google Suite - including Sheets and Docs. Experience in the field of sales will be preferred.
