Roles & responsibilities: Perform advanced monitoring and management of storage arrays including Pure Storage, HPE 3PAR Storage, Dell PowerScale, and NetApp Filers. Configure and manage Cisco SAN switches. Monitor performance and conduct necessary optimizations. Diagnose and resolve intermediate-level storage and connectivity issues. Actively participate in the deployment and configuration of new storage solutions. Assist in storage upgrades and data migrations. Provide support and guidance to end-users and lower-level administrators. Maintain accurate network and storage diagrams and update procedural documentation.
