About Role

NPI Engineer will play a crucial role in the introduction of new products and quality improvement. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless transition of products from development to production,

maintaining the highest standards of quality and reliability.

Role & responsibilities

lead new product introduction projects from concept to production
Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to ensure manufacturability
Develop and document manufacturing processes and work instructions.
Identify and mitigate production risks early in the development cycle
Work with suppliers to ensure component readiness and quality
Support tooling and equipment selection and validation
Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing processes.

Preferred candidate profile

Proven managerial experience with Mobile/Electronics
Highly effective and organized communication skills, (Proficient in Microsoft office Tools, i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.)
Must be strong in both development and implementation skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma an advantage
Demonstrated project management and communications skills.
