As a QA Lead for Salesforce, you will be responsible for developing and evolving formal QA processes in alignment with industry best practices. Your role will involve performing various types of testing such as functional, non-functional, regression, security, and integration testing. You will be tasked with creating and maintaining test plans, cases, and scripts to ensure comprehensive test coverage for critical business functions. Setting up environments and mock-up data accurately for testing purposes will be a key part of your responsibilities. Collaboration with the project team to translate requirements into test cases will be essential to ensure thorough coverage. Reporting on test results, analyzing test data, documenting findings, and providing feedback to ensure the final product meets quality standards will also be within your purview. You will be expected to develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Porvar or other relevant automation tools, with a focus on enhancing test automation coverage and efficiency continuously. To qualify for this role, you should possess a minimum of 8+ years of QA experience, with at least 5+ years of experience specifically in performing QA duties related to Salesforce. A strong understanding of Salesforce configuration and customization is crucial, along with excellent problem-solving skills. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills are also essential requirements. Preferred qualifications for this position include experience with Non-Profit Cloud, familiarity with the Copado DevOps Platform, Salesforce Administrator Certification, and prior experience using test automation tools.
