You will be responsible for identifying acquisition and activation of new channel partners for Real Estate Sales. Your main tasks will include interacting with channel partners to motivate and drive product sales, negotiating and closing deals for channel partners" customers, and planning and implementing new methods for channel sales while ensuring compliance. Additionally, you will be tasked with designing new motivational schemes for channel partners to enhance productivity, suggesting management strategies for new ventures and profitable tie-ups, and handling channel partners to resolve customer queries. In this role, you will also be required to manage the team of channel sales by providing motivation for high performance, training new sales team members, and identifying both institutional and non-institutional sales channels. You will need to coordinate with various verticals for sales and after-sales services, understand customer trends and requirements, analyze past sales data, and project future sales for the company, with a focus on Thane, Dombivali, and Kalyan Projects. Furthermore, arranging periodic meetings with seniors and executives to ensure clear communication within the department will be essential for success in this position.
