Non IT Recruiter

As a Non-IT Recruiter, your primary responsibility will be to source, screen, and recruit candidates for various non-technical roles within the organization. You will be utilizing job boards, social media, and other relevant channels to attract qualified candidates. Conducting interviews and assessing candidates" relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes will be a crucial part of your role. You will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers and candidates. Additionally, facilitating the offer process by extending offers, negotiating salaries, and explaining benefits will be part of your duties. It is essential to maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure smooth recruitment processes. Building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline for current and future staffing needs is vital for this role. Collaboration with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements will be necessary to ensure successful recruitment outcomes. Ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements throughout the recruitment process is also a key aspect of this position. This is a Full-time job with a Day shift schedule. A Bachelor's degree is preferred for this role. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in recruiting (required) and a total of 3 years of work experience (preferred).
