Job Role Related Content (Role specific) Roles and Responsibilities: Monitoring core network and raise ticket for any network fault. Engage respective transmission provider to identify and restore fault. Continue to follow up until restoration. Timely escalation. Troubleshooting and loop testing with Transmission team for fault identification. Field support Core competencies, knowledge and experience: Cisco/Juniper/Nokia certifications Basic networking knowledge Basic knowledge of BGP, MPLS and IS-IS.
