-> Should have worked on Juniper, Huawei, Nokia & Fortinet platforms.
-> Experience in NOC Event Management and Incident Management Process
-> Exposure to NMS, EMS and ITSM Tools like Nagios, Zabbix, Symphony SUMMIT etc.
-> Process strengthening and automation for operational efficiency and optimization.
-> Customer L3 support connectivity
-> Desired Certifications: CCNP, JNCIP, ITIL
