As a Tech Lead specializing in Java Microservices, you will be responsible for writing secure, maintainable, and testable code in a clean and consistent format. Your role will involve contributing to systems integration with existing systems and third-party providers to ensure that all systems meet the required specifications for deployment to target environments. It is essential to stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in the banking industry to ensure that the company remains at the forefront of application development. You will proactively identify and manage bugs, bottlenecks, and issues in the code, estimate build effort, and support planning activities. Collaborating with other developers and architects, you will contribute to software architecture, development best practices, and the adoption of new technologies. Your focus will be on developing scalable, extensible, and maintainable solutions while supporting the services built by the team when necessary. To excel in this role, you should possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in the software industry with a specialization in the banking domain. Strong proficiency in Java/J2EE technologies, a deep understanding of Microservice architecture, and experience with the Spring Boot framework are essential. Additionally, you should have extensive experience in building and supporting APIs, as well as knowledge of software engineering best practices such as Agile methodologies, test-driven development, unit testing, and design patterns. Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases, Cloud computing platforms like AWS and Azure, and proficiency in technologies such as Node, Angular, React JS, JavaScript, and Java will be beneficial. Exposure to network automation, Software Defined Networking, and NFVi concepts is also desirable. Your proven programming experience should align with good software engineering design principles, including version management and API integration. Practical experience with Continuous Integration and Delivery pipelines, as well as familiarity with agile project delivery and DevOps practices and tools, will be advantageous for this role. By enhancing and improving CI/CD capabilities, you will contribute to reducing cycle time while maintaining the quality of deliverables.,
