Role & Responsibilities Make outbound calls to B2B leads across Canada to pitch partnerships and gather interest Follow up on warm leads, qualify prospects, and schedule meetings with the Canadian team Maintain daily logs and call updates in CRM (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce) Confidently handle objections and adapt scripts to suit the clients tone Meet or exceed daily/weekly KPIs for calls, connections, and appointments booked Coordinate with sales leadership to ensure seamless pipeline movement Work in Canadian business hours (Eastern or Pacific Time Zone) Preferred Candidate Profile Minimum 2 years in international telemarketing/voice sales , especially in the US/Canada market Fluent English with North American neutral accent is mandatory Exceptional verbal communication, persuasion, and listening skills Familiarity with CRMs and Google Workspace tools Comfortable working night shifts and remotely in a structured process Bonus: Prior experience in fintech , crypto , or ATM/B2B tech products Candidates from Gurgaon , Noida , or Delhi NCR preferred for voice clarity and professionalism
