Job Description Key Responsibilities: Patient Assessment and Diagnosis: Conduct detailed evaluations of patients’ physical abilities, medical histories, and symptoms. Treatment Planning: Develop personalized rehabilitation and exercise programs tailored to patients' goals and conditions. Establish realistic short- and long-term treatment objectives. Therapeutic Interventions: Provide manual therapy, exercise prescription, and other evidence-based treatments to restore movement and alleviate pain. Utilize specialized equipment, such as electrotherapy devices, therapeutic ultrasound, and hydrotherapy. Guide patients in improving posture, balance, and strength to prevent further injuries. Education and Prevention: Teach patients techniques to manage their conditions and prevent recurrence. Offer advice on ergonomics, lifestyle changes, and injury prevention. Monitoring and Documentation: Track patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of therapy sessions, evaluations, and outcomes. Collaboration and Advocacy: Work with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians, occupational therapists, and nurses, to ensure holistic care.
