Network Support Executive

As an IT Support Technician, your primary responsibilities will include installing new software and hardware such as servers, printers, and computer workstations. You will be tasked with setting up user accounts, managing permissions, and ensuring password security. Your duties will also involve overseeing the security of all systems, particularly the internet, and implementing antivirus protection to safeguard against threats. In addition to the installation and maintenance of network infrastructure, you will be responsible for addressing network faults, providing technical support to users, and performing day-to-day administration and monitoring of network usage. It is essential that you possess a comprehensive understanding of networking principles and have experience in installing CCTV cameras, routers, and other related equipment.
