Job Description

Diagnose and resolve basic network issues including: Network devices malfunction, WiFi Connectivity Problems, Network Connectivity Problems
Circuit and ISP Management
Handle Move/Add/Change (MAC) requests for: IP address assignments, vlan configuration, cisco voice endpoints
Apply software patches and updates to network appliances
Maintain and adjust firewall rules, routing, and VLAN configurations
Adhere to change management process for any network modifications
Document all incidents, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in ITSM tool
Monitor and respond to ticket queue to resolve user-reported or system-generated alerts
Use tools like: Solarwinds, Cisco Catalyst Center, FortiAnalyzer
Manage Cisco voice Move/Add/Changes
Support SSL VPN and Cradlepoint troubleshooting

Must Have:

1 years of experience Network configuration and Management
Basic Understanding of Network Protocols
1 years of experience with Network monitoring and diagnosis
Understanding of network protocols
Hands-on experience with production networks (Incident Management, Change Management)
Understandig of Cisco and Meraki environments
Basic Understanding of Fortigate Firewalls
