Network Management Solution Specialist

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

• Conduct needs analysis workshops with customers to gather detailed business requirements, use cases, and project outcomes while suggesting solutions to meet their needs.
• Develop proof of concept artifacts promptly and demonstrate solutions clearly on demand.
• Document project goals and requirements, ensuring shared understanding between customers and team members.
• Stay connected with product and services unit product managers to understand product roadmaps, features, and service offerings.
• Regularly interact with product teams to suggest strategies, initiatives, and remedies for existing or new products/features.
• Provide direction, assistance, and answer questions to customers and Nokia project delivery teams.

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

You have:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 8 to 12 years of experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work with senior executives, sales, account teams, and program owners.
• Comprehensive understanding and experience with IP/Optical networking, OSS, and SDN technologies and business, enabling you to lead technical and business discussions with internal and customer experts.
• Strong programming skills (Python, Java, JavaScript, Golang, etc.) and a solid grasp of Object-Oriented software design concepts.
• Knowledge of network management concepts, protocols, and modeling (REST, RESTCONF, YANG).
• Experience with containerized applications (K8s), KVM, Vagrant, Docker, OpenStack.

It would be nice if you also had:

• Knowledge of OpenStack's Mistral Workflow Service and Intent-based Networking (IBN) concepts is recommended.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail and a results-driven mindset.
