• Monitor, manage and control configuration aspects like IP address, subnet mask.
• Maintain configuration details and files of all routers in the network
• Hand of experience on Cisco ISE.
• Perform backup of configuration files periodically or as and when changes are affected
• Perform periodic usage and bandwidth analysis and recommend to clients if any upgrades or consolidation required.
• Monitor existing IOS and patches implemented and manage new IOS upgrades.
• Support to coordinate with service providers
• Unscheduled Major outages and the corresponding trouble tickets issued to the service provider must be reported to client
• Notify High Incident Management team for Major Outages and critical situations (All Priority & Severity 1 incidents)
• Ensure timely update/resolution of reported tickets
• Coordinate with Service providers, vendors, Backend teams or OEM for immediate resolution via phone/emails
• Coordinate with end-users for any issue reported at sites via phone/emails/in-person
• Ensure that escalations are done as per defined criteria for each customer
• Asset Management of Network IT infrastructure.
