Your day will involve creating and implementing Requests for Change, updating knowledge base articles, and collaborating with vendors to assist service management teams in issue analysis and resolution. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of network infrastructures and supporting the overall functionality of the organization. Professional & Technical Skills: -Design, implement, and support enterprise-level network solutions across on-prem and cloud environments.-Configure and troubleshoot network protocols such as FTP, TFTP, NTP, SNMP, DNS, DHCP.-Manage and support Cisco routers and Catalyst switches, including STP, Trunking, EtherChannel, and IOS configurations.-Administer and maintain F5 Big-IP ADCs (LTM, GTM) both physical and virtual appliances.-Configure and manage Palo Alto firewalls and Panorama (M200/M600), including PAN-OS installation and administration.-Deep involvement in routing protocols such as OSPF, BGP, and MPLS environments.-Ensure high availability using protocols like HSRP and VRRP.-Design and manage AWS networking components including VPCs, Direct Connect, Transit Gateway, PrivateLink, and Route 53.-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure and scalable network architecture.-Good Understanding of Software defined Network (LAN/WAN).- Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Infrastructures, Enterprise Network Operations, Cloud Network Operations.- Strong understanding of network protocols and architectures.- Experience with network monitoring tools and troubleshooting techniques.- Familiarity with cloud networking concepts and services.- Ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.CertificateCCNA & CCNP ( mandatory) , PCNSA or PCNSE , AWS networking. Experience of handling Enterprise or Datacentres LAN/WAN Infrastructure (Router and Switches Juniper; Cisco and Dell) and perform day to day Network operational activities (Monitoring; Troubleshooting and Resolution of Monitoring alerts/Incidents reported by Customers) Hands-on Experience on Cisco and Complete understanding of Implementation and management of Routing (Cisco ) Switching (Cisco )Advanced skills in Routing (BGP; OSPF; QoS; Static Routing; Etc.);EtherChannel; Nexus VPC; VLANs; Fibre; ISDN; SNMP; Netflow Proficiency in TCP/IP protocols with a solid understanding of how data packets traverse the network. Expertise in configuring and optimizing routing and switching environments to ensure robust network performance. Manage connectivity at exchanges' colocation and troubleshoot any performance issues. Respond to incidents and troubleshoot issues related to trading tools, infrastructure, application performance, and network connectivity.

Design, implement, and support firewalls, site-to-site VPNs, and remote-access VPNs Conduct research on network products, services, protocols, and standards to remain abreast of developments in the networking industry. Monitor network performance and troubleshoot problem areas as needed.
