The role involves validating multimedia content transmission (audio/video) over wireless/wired networks, ensuring performance, stability, and interoperability across devices and platforms. Key Responsibilities: Design and execute test plans for streaming over wireless/wired network. Validate synchronization, latency, jitter, and throughput under various network conditions. Use tools such as sniffers, protocol analyzers, and automation frameworks to capture and analyze traffic. Collaborate with development teams to debug and resolve issues. Conduct interoperability testing with third-party devices. Maintain test beds and simulate real-world usage scenarios. Document test results, file bugs, and track issues to closure. Required Skills: Good understanding of Wi-Fi protocols and multimedia streaming standards. Experience with network analyzer tools like Wireshark, iPerf, etc. Familiarity with audio/video codecs, streaming formats, and synchronization techniques. Hands-on experience with Windows/Android/Linux-based test environments. Excellent scripting skills (Python preferred) for test automation and log analysis. Strong communication skills, ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of Bluetooth/Wi-Fi coexistence testing is a plus. Knowledge of XR technologies is a plus. Experience in leading a technical team. Lead the design, simulation, and verification of complex analog and mixed-signal circuits, Signal integrity, power integrity, impedance Analysis. 2. Perform advanced simulations and analyses to ensure exceptional circuit performance and compliance with specifications. 3. Create comprehensive documentation of design methodologies, specifications, and outcomes. 4. Multi radio front end and radio optimisation. 5. Extensive knowledge on RF matching, filter design and antenna matching. 6. Conversant with lab equipment like Spectrum Analyzer, Network analyser, RF Signal generators , IQXEL, MT8852 etc. 7. Experience on EMI/EMC, Antenna design, Signal Integrity and Thermal Analysis will be a key skill. 8. Design and develop Regulatory certified BLE, ZigBee, Wi-Fi modules. 9. Work closely with cross functional teams to derive the design specification for Modules. 10. Prototype Board bring-up, Validation and Characterization. 11. Handover design to manufacturing and help to derive the production test plan. 12. Documentation of design, test plan and test results. 13. The KeysightCare Technical Support Application Engineer is a key player in the customer value-chain and you are critical in supporting our customers technical problems. We are looking for an experienced RF&W Component Test application/product specialist engineer who can demonstrate a broad knowledge of instrumentation, applications and technologies. You will develop to get the go to knowledge expert within KeysightCare and will engage with customer and partners across EMEAI to deliver post-sales customer support. You will be a key contributor to the KeysightCare EMEAI regional strategy and will work across KeysightCare to lead projects requiring coordination with other functions, customers, third parties. Solid understanding of RF/W fundamentals with practical experience using RF/W test equipment. - Solid understanding of the generation, demodulation and analysis of digital communication signals. - Advanced instrument programming skills with SCPI and instrument drivers with C++, C#, VEE, LabView, Python, MATLAB ® or VB, is an advantage. - Strong organisational skills, ability to multi-task, prioritise and work well under pressure. - A strong level of English written and Oral is essential for this role. - Extra languages are an advantage. - Understands the local market, customer needs and dynamics, strong communicator who can positively interact with customers. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation of all test results, repairs, maintenance, and customer interactions.
