Description
You will be joining our team as an experienced NetSuite ERP Administrator & Developer. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, customizing, and optimizing our NetSuite ERP systems to ensure smooth operation and provide ongoing support to end-users. Your contributions will be crucial in configuring, maintaining, and improving our NetSuite environment, as well as developing custom solutions to meet the evolving needs of our organization. Your responsibilities will include configuring, customizing, and maintaining the NetSuite ERP system to align with our business processes and requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define business needs, translating them into technical solutions within NetSuite. Managing user access, permissions, and roles within NetSuite to ensure data security and appropriate system usage will also be part of your role. You will handle system integrations, data migration, and maintain data integrity across various modules and third-party applications. Developing and implementing custom scripts, workflows, saved searches, and reports to enhance system functionalities will be essential. Providing end-user training and support, addressing inquiries, and resolving technical issues promptly are also key aspects of this role. It will be important for you to stay updated with NetSuite releases and new features, assessing their potential impact and implementing relevant enhancements. Monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and working with technical support to ensure timely resolution of incidents will be part of your daily tasks. Collaborating with external consultants or vendors for complex projects or system enhancements may also be required. To excel in this role, you should have proven experience as a NetSuite Administrator & Developer, preferably in a similar combined role. A strong understanding of NetSuite ERP modules and functionalities is essential. Proficiency in NetSuite configuration, customization, and scripting (SuiteScript, SuiteFlow) is required. Knowledge of system integrations and data migration will be beneficial. You should have the ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and adapt to changing priorities. Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders are crucial for success in this role. NetSuite certifications, such as SuiteFoundation, Administrator, or other relevant certifications, are considered a plus.,
