Experience with wireless technologies like Aerohive, security appliances (Palo Alto, Checkpoint), load balancers (Alteon, Citrix ADC), WAN optimizers (Riverbed), system management technologies like SolarWinds, and cloud-based Internet proxy solutions (zScaler) is required. You should have significant experience in supporting large/enterprise-level infrastructures and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to achieve prompt resolution. A good understanding of current business trends and the ability to anticipate technical implications of changing business environments on current and future technology is essential.,
