.Net User (Virtual Basic)

As a VB.NET Developer, your main responsibility will be to design, develop, and maintain applications using VB.NET. You will be tasked with debugging and resolving application issues, errors, and bugs that may arise during development. In addition, working with SQL Server for database design, development, and maintenance will be a crucial aspect of your role. Your duties will also include creating and updating technical documentation for software solutions, collaborating with team members to identify user requirements and functional specifications, and performing software testing, quality assurance, and performance tuning. Furthermore, you will be expected to provide IT support and troubleshooting for internal users as needed. To excel in this role, you should possess strong programming knowledge in VB.NET, have experience with Microsoft Visual Studio, and a good understanding of SQL Server / T-SQL. While not mandatory, basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript would be preferred. Familiarity with Crystal Reports or similar reporting tools will be considered an advantage. The ability to work independently and handle tasks with minimal supervision is also essential. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day shift, and prior experience with VB.NET is preferred. The work location for this role is in person.
