We are looking for a persuasive and goal-oriented Academic Counselor who can drive student enrollment through effective counseling and consultative sales techniques. Key Responsibilities: Counsel prospective students (via calls, emails, in person) to understand their learning goals and recommend suitable courses/programs. Convert leads into enrollments through structured follow-ups, relationship building, and product knowledge. Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve or exceed monthly targets. Manage the complete student journey from inquiry to enrollment. Stay updated on course offerings, industry trends, and competitors. Qualifications: PUC/ Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education or Business preferred). 1–2 years of experience in inside sales, edtech counseling, or academic advising with a sales target. Strong communication and closing skills with a customer-first mindset. Self-motivated with the ability to work in a target-driven environment. Comfortable working with CRM platforms and sales tracking tools. Preferred Skills: Prior experience in Edtech sales or B2C inside sales. Languages Known : English, Malayalam, Hindi mandatory; knowledge of Kannada or Tamil is an added advantage.
