Draft Legal Documents and Replies Is well acquainted with NCLT, NCLAT, DRT, DRAT, NCDRC matters Proficiently drafting, vetting and finalizing various types of correspondences for departments, banks etc. Providing legal advice and coordinating with other departments of the organization. Engaging, briefing and assisting Advocates & Sr Counsels.
