Role & responsibilities Develop policies in DLP system to monitor data exchange to external environment through emails, endpoints and web upload Investigation and conclusion of violation cases where data was exchanged externally Continuous improvement in existing DLP policies through the learnings from audits and violation cases Implementation & governance of OCR solution on DLP through Index Data Matching (IDM) Minimization of DLP violation cases through continuous improvement in existing DLP set up Incident management of DLP cases Regular interaction with internal stakeholders to close open incidents or audit observations on DLP Presentations for various management committees from DLP perspective Involvement in POC and discussions with DLP solution providers to upgrade/replace existing solution Support the Security Operations Center as subject matter expert and provide advice, training and technical support to internal/external stakeholders Mentor junior resources in DLP team Mandatory Skill Sets: Proven experience in implementation, maintenance and governance (min. 5-6 yrs relevant experience) of DLP solutions Technical skill sets to handle DLP system & understanding of infrastructure to support DLP system Strong understanding of Regulatory Guidelines on Data Privacy, Data Protection, DLP etc. Experience in internal stakeholders as well as vendor handling, monitoring, implementing processes Desirable Skills: Knowledge on retail loan sector/NBFC processes Good writing and communication skills Capable of handling multiple initiatives simultaneously Certification related to DLP, data privacy etc.

Own and manage the end-to-end customer experience post onboarding Serve as the primary contact for customer queries, feedback, and escalations Ensure timely updates, clear communication, and proactive follow-ups with clients Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Sales, Compliance, etc.) to resolve customer issues efficiently Track and manage client journeys using tools; ensure all updates are documented Identify friction points in the customer journey and suggest improvements Build trust and relationships to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty Share insights from customer interactions to help refine processes and services Experience in NBFC and P2P industry is a must Strong interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal Problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to customer issues Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment Prior experience in fintech, banking, or service-based industries Exposure to customer journey mapping or process optimization

Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and other data to assess the creditworthiness of individuals Prepare detailed credit reports and risk assessments with recommendations for credit approval, modification, or denial Monitor existing accounts for changes in financial position or potential credit risk exposure Conduct industry and market research to support credit decisions Collaborate with sales, legal, and operations teams to ensure timely processing of credit applications and renewals Ensure compliance with internal credit policies and external regulatory guidelines Assist in the development of credit scoring models and risk mitigation strategies Maintain accurate records of credit decisions and documentation Experience in NBFC and P2P industry is a must Excellent analytical, communication, and decision-making skills

Review and validate day-to-day customer transactions in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) Ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory and bank-specific guidelines Identify and escalate suspicious or unusual transactions to the compliance team Coordinate with internal teams to resolve transaction discrepancies or exceptions Maintain updated records of validated transactions and audit logs Work within defined TAT (Turn-Around-Time) and SLA (Service Level Agreements) Support internal and external audits related to transaction monitoring Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies Experience in NBFC and P2P industry is a must Excellent analytical, communication, and decision-making skills Familiarity with banking systems and digital transaction platforms Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Proficient in MS Excel and basic data tools
