Our Opportunity: We are seeking an experienced and passionate SEO and Digital Marketing Specialist with 2–4 years of hands-on experience, particularly in the education and real estate sectors. The ideal candidate should also have a strong understanding of the Australian market and proven success in generating quality traffic, leads, and conversions through SEO and paid digital campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute effective SEO strategies for websites in the education and real estate domains. Manage and optimize paid campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn, targeting the Australian audience. Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and backlink audits with a focus on region-specific search trends. Track, report, and analyze website and campaign performance (traffic, leads, rankings, ROI, etc.). Collaborate with content teams to create SEO-friendly blog posts, landing pages, and promotional content tailored to Australian users. Work on local SEO for real estate projects and location-based marketing for educational institutions. Maintain and configure tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc. Stay updated with SEO best practices and algorithm changes, especially related to the Australian market and search behavior. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Communications, or related field. 2–4 years of SEO and digital marketing experience, with proven results in the education and real estate sectors. Strong knowledge of the Australian digital landscape and user behavior. Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc. Experience working with WordPress or similar CMS platforms. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven results. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Good to Have: Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications. Experience with landing page optimization and A/B testing. Familiarity with email marketing tools and CRM platforms.
