We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced MEP BIM Modeler with 3-7 years of progressive experience, particularly on US and UK-based projects. As an MEP BIM Modeler, you will be responsible for creating, coordinating, and managing detailed Building Information Models for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems, ensuring accuracy, constructability, and compliance with relevant international standards and codes. Your key responsibilities will include developing highly detailed 3D BIM models for HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and Electrical systems using industry-leading software such as Autodesk Revit MEP. You will interpret and translate 2D architectural, structural, and MEP drawings into comprehensive 3D models, create and manage Revit families for MEP components, and generate fabrication and shop drawings to support construction efforts. In terms of coordination and clash detection, you will perform rigorous clash detection using Navisworks Manage and Revit's tools to identify and resolve spatial conflicts between MEP, architectural, and structural disciplines. You will actively participate in BIM coordination meetings with stakeholders to facilitate conflict resolution and ensure model consistency. Moreover, you will be responsible for ensuring all models and deliverables comply with project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), US and UK BIM standards, and relevant building codes and regulations. You will generate construction documents, schedules, material take-offs, and other data-rich outputs directly from the BIM model and maintain documentation standards throughout the project lifecycle. Collaboration and communication are key aspects of this role, as you will collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams and communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Additionally, you will mentor junior modelers and contribute to the team's overall BIM proficiency. To be successful in this role, you should have 3-7 years of dedicated experience as an MEP BIM Modeler, with expertise in Autodesk Revit MEP, Autodesk Navisworks Manage, and AutoCAD. You should have an in-depth understanding of MEP systems, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, exceptional attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. A Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is preferred, along with Autodesk certifications and experience with BIM collaboration platforms.
