What were Education: Bachelor's degree in geology, mining engineering, or a related field; master's preferred. Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of mining geology, including exploration, resource evaluation, and mine development. Familiarity with JORC code regulatory requirements is essential. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to make informed decisions to optimize mining operations. Communication Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Teamwork and Project Management: Ability to work collaboratively with cross- functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
