Role & responsibilities Business Development: Drive PMS, AIF, and mutual fund sales across East through IFAs, wealth managers, private bankers, and direct clients. Deliver regional AUM growth and revenue targets across all product categories. Channel Expansion: Identify and activate new distributors across the IFA, and wealth advisory ecosystem. Deepen existing relationships through regular engagements, joint calls, and partner development programs. HNI/UHNI Client Coverage: Personally manage relationships with key HNI clients across the region. Offer product insights, portfolio guidance, and assist in investment decision-making. Strategic Planning: Build and execute a region-specific business plan aligned with overall sales objectives. Work closely with marketing and product teams for targeted campaigns and regional promotions. Cross-Functional Coordination: Liaise with investment, compliance, and operations teams for client servicing, product structuring, and regulatory adherence. Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activity, regional trends, and investor behavior to fine-tune sales strategies.
