Job Summary: - Responsible for the design, implementation, and support of enterprise IT infrastructure, with a deep focus on Microsoft-centric technologies. This includes Wintel server administration, virtualization via Hyper-V, cloud services via Azure, endpoint management via Intune and SCCM, and productivity tools via O365/M365 Design, deploy, and manage virtual machines and clusters on Hyper-V, Perform capacity planning, performance tuning, and backup/recovery operations.. Lead high-availability and disaster recovery initiatives using Hyper-V Replica and Failover Clustering. Manage user accounts, licenses, mail flow, retention policies, and compliance settings. Handle identity federation and single sign-on using AAD Connect and hybrid AD. Manage user accounts, licenses, mail flow, retention policies, and compliance settings. Oversee software deployment, patch management, OS deployment (OSD), and endpoint health using SCCM. Manage IT projects, including upgrades, migrations, and security hardening.
