As the Assistant Quality Manager at Jabalpur Hospital & Research Centre, your main responsibility is to support the implementation, monitoring, and enhancement of the hospital's quality management systems to align with NABH standards and internal benchmarks. Furthermore, you will play a role in patient safety and risk management by monitoring incident reporting systems, participating in Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and assisting in infection control practices. Your liaison with clinical, nursing, and administrative teams will ensure compliance with standards and the maintenance of quality records and accreditation-related documentation. To qualify for this position, you should hold a graduate degree in any stream (Science/Healthcare preferred) and a Master's Degree in Hospital Administration, Health Management, or Quality Management. A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in hospital quality management systems and familiarity with NABH guidelines is required. Proficiency in MS Office tools, strong analytical skills, effective communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities are essential competencies for this role.
