As a Lead Developer at dSPACE in Trivandrum, you will be part of a team working on cutting-edge product development projects related to control prototyping and Hardware-In-the-Loop (HIL) simulation. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the development of a universal, modular experiment and instrumentation software for seamless ECU development. In this role, you will collaborate with an experienced agile team to develop and enhance software components independently. You will coordinate new functionalities with stakeholders, take ownership of implementing new features, and guide the team in solving complex problems. Additionally, you will actively participate in Agile software development in C# under Windows and contribute to DevOps efforts for faster and more reliable software build, test, and release processes. To qualify for this position, you should hold a B.Tech/M.Tech degree in Computer Science/Electronics and Communication with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience. You should have a strong passion for building applications using C#, C++, .Net, and possess expertise in design and development of desktop applications using WPF - MVVM framework. Proficiency in automated testing using Python and C#, familiarity with agile software development, Azure DevOps, and Git, as well as knowledge in Automotive fundamentals are essential requirements.
