The Techno-Functional Lead position requires a highly skilled professional with over 8 years of experience to join the team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, architecture, and project management, staying abreast of the latest technology trends. Key Responsibilities: Team Handling And Development: - Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing technical team. - Supervise task allocation, development tracking, and code reviews. - Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment. Client Engagement: - Engage in client meetings to gather and comprehend business requirements. - Transform business requirements into detailed design documents. Technical Leadership: - Act as a Technical Architect, guiding solution design and development. - Ensure compliance with coding best practices and system design standards. - Manage task estimation, resources, and delivery timelines. Innovation: - Keep pace with technological advancements and innovations. - Implement modern technologies and concepts to enhance existing systems and processes. Technical Skills: Scripting Languages: - JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS Technologies: - MVC 4.0 or above - ASP .NET - C# - WCF - Web API Source Control Tools: - Team Foundation Server (TFS) Database Skills: - Proficiency in Stored Procedures, Views, Table JOINs - Design and development expertise using Microsoft .NET Framework - Familiarity with SQL Server 2012/2016 and SSIS Packages Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred). - Minimum 8 years of experience in a technical leadership role. - Track record of managing development teams and delivering complex projects. - Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic decision-making skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Demonstrated proficiency in technical skills and tools mentioned.
