As an in-house Legal Advisor with 01 year of experience in a non-litigation role, you will be joining a Delhi based real estate conglomerate. Your key responsibilities will include drafting and reviewing contracts and other legal documents, conducting legal research and analysis, handling compliance and regulatory matters, managing corporate transactions, and overseeing real estate deals which involve verification of title, mutation, and other property records. To be considered for this role, you must possess an LL.B. degree from a reputed university or law school. Proficiency in written and spoken English is essential, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should have a strong ability in legal research and drafting, along with a sense of urgency and priority. Being a team player with a willingness to learn consistently is crucial. A good understanding of relevant civil and corporate laws and regulations, as well as problem-solving and negotiation skills, are required. Remuneration for this position will be based on the skills and expertise you bring to the role. This is a regular on-site job that may involve travel of up to 30-40%. The work week is from Monday to Saturday, with the office located at South Extension, Delhi. After completing a 3-month probation period, you will be entitled to up to two leaves each month. Your reporting line will be to the Lead Counsel responsible for Group Legal Affairs.,
