We're Moms Home, an organic baby essentials brand trusted by 20 lakh+ parents. We are looking for 12 interns who want more than just a line on their resume. We seek individuals who are eager to build, solve, and learn every day, and who bring a fun and positive attitude to the team. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work directly with the core team, and at times, even the founder. This will give you a front-row seat to witness how brands scale and ideas are transformed into action. We are seeking individuals who are fast learners and self-initiators, possess strong communication skills - being clear, articulate, and engaging, excel at multitasking, and are presentable, driven, and must have an affinity for babies, which is non-negotiable. Your responsibilities will include owning 12 real projects that go beyond typical intern tasks. You will contribute to various areas such as strategy, marketing, PR, content creation, and digital campaigns. This internship will provide you with a hands-on experience of how a direct-to-consumer startup operates in the real world, going beyond what textbooks teach. You will be actively involved in fast-paced discussions, creative campaigns, and decision-making processes. As part of this internship, you will receive a stipend, demonstrating our respect for your time. You will also benefit from mentorship provided by the founder and the core team. This internship will offer you exposure to real-time brand building, strategy development, and problem-solving. Furthermore, if there is a mutual fit, this internship could potentially open doors for further opportunities within the organization.
