Role & responsibilities : Operate granulation equipment such as: Rapid Mixer Granulator (RMG) Fluid Bed Dryer (FBD) Multi Mill Sifter Vibro Sifter High Shear Mixer (if applicable) Ensure correct batch processing according to Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR). Accurately weigh and charge raw materials into the equipment per batch requirements. Monitor and document critical process parameters (CPPs)such as mixing time, drying time, inlet/outlet temperatures, etc. Perform in-process checks such as Loss on Drying (LOD), granule particle size, etc., as required. Clean and maintain equipment and working area as per SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures). Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements.
