Key Responsibilities: Prospect and qualify inbound and outbound leads via calls, emails, and social channels. Conduct product demos and presentations to prospective clients. Understand customer needs and pain points; align product solutions accordingly. Maintain a strong pipeline and accurately forecast sales performance using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and events. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas and KPIs. Collaborate with the Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams for feedback and improvements. Stay up-to-date on product features, industry trends, and competitor landscape. Requirements: 3+ years of experience in inside sales, preferably in Entresprise Sales SaaS or B2B tech environments. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Tech-savvy with familiarity in tools like CRM, Zoom, LinkedIn, and email automation. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Nice to Have: Experience selling to [specific verticals – e.g., SMBs, healthcare, education, etc.]. Familiarity with [specific tools or software your company uses].
