Project Managers are responsible for overseeing the project/engagement/activity on a daily basis and are responsible for delivering high-quality results within the identified objectives and constraints, ensuring the effective use of the allocated resources. They are responsible for risk and issue management, project communication and stakeholder management. Project managers perform the activities of planning, organising, securing, monitoring and managing the resources and work necessary to deliver specific project goals and objectives in an effective and efficient way. - Grade Specific Senior Project Manager - Responsible for leading either a large project or a definable segment of a very large and complex project. Clients may be external or internal. PM are responsible for the translation of the client''s complex business requirements into formal agreements. For these, PM establish specific solutions, applications or processes which ultimately culminate in customer acceptance of the results. This includes working with client team members and executives to identify business requirements and subsequently working with, and leading others, in the initiating, planning, controlling, executing and closing the client''s solution. PM are responsible for a wide range of process activities beginning with the request for proposal through development, and final delivery. Service Managers covers the management of ongoing services to clients, ensuring that the service to the clients meets contractual requirements and service level agreements. Service Managers are also responsible for agreeing on service improvements together with the client, based on service delivery realization and deviation. - Grade Specific Senior Service Delivery Manager - Responsible for the quality provision of service, as well as for managing and reporting on it. SDM oversee the execution of day-to-day operations to ensure contractual commitments are met. SDM proactively manage the day-to-day relationship with the client(s)/client representatives to ensure a high level of satisfaction, and ensure that continuous improvements are put in place to help ensure the continuity of our contracts. SDM work closely with others to plan the overall client relationship strategy, concentrating on cost reduction, service improvement and new business. Role & responsibilities Experience in C , Data Structure and Algorithms and Python for testing Experience in design and development in any one of the Layer-3 Unicast routing protocols (e.g. BGP, IS-IS, OSPF), multicast routing protocols (e.g. PIM, IGMP, MSDP), MPLS signaling protocols (e.g. RSVP), Layer-3 VPNS Strong problem solving and software development/troubleshooting skills MSEE/CS or BSEE/CS with 4-10 years of related experience is required Preferred candidate profile Must be a Graduate Must be a Immediate Joiner

JOB REQUIREMENTS BS degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent Relevant experience of 5-10 years Ability to be self-sufficient and to grasp new technologies easily Maintain knowledge of present and emerging technologies Thorough understanding of the following technologies and tools. Routing protocols TCP/IP Multicast (PIM, IGMP, MSDP, GRE, MP-BGP) DNS LAN switching Wireshark Sound understanding and expertise on Multicast and Real Time Experience with BGP, EIGRP routing protocols Router / Switch architectures Good understanding of Protocols like HTTP / HTTPS / DNS / DHCP / SNMP / SMTP etc Broader understanding of Cloud Computing technologies like AWS and Azure. Ability to effectively troubleshoot and isolate technical issues in a timely manner Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to be a cohesive member of a group Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders and service providers, both internal and external Ability to manage many projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively Familiarity with common network automation tools Python, Perl or other scripting language Ansible, Salt or other automation tools REST APIs YAML, JSON and other data models DESIRABLE SKILLS Competence in some of the following technologies: LAN Switching Optical Networking Load Balancers SAN Wireless Networks Network operating systems (IOS, IOS-XE, JunOS, EOS, F5/tmsh) NSX Infoblox Linux Solid, and intuitive understanding of WAN & LAN technologies and how each device, protocol or system interacts as part of the network as a whole
