As a Helpdesk Senior Representative, you will provide L1 technical guidance in activities related to the identification, prioritization, and resolution of reported problems via telephone and email. Your responsibilities will include recognizing, researching, isolating, resolving, and following up on reported issues. Additionally, you will act as a liaison between customers and various departments within the organization to ensure timely and accurate resolution of online system problems. The ideal candidate should be a graduate with a minimum of 6 months of experience in a technical support role. You should possess basic Microsoft troubleshooting skills, fundamental computer knowledge, and basic technical skills for troubleshooting computer-related issues. The position requires working in rotational shifts. Requirements for this role include 6 months of relevant experience, good communication skills, proficiency in rotational shifts, and basic technical troubleshooting skills.
