MS Dynamics CRM Developer

Role Summary:

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• CRM Development & Customization:

• Customize Dynamics 365 using Workflows, Plugins, Actions, Business Rules, and Form Customizations.
• Use MS CRM SDK and Developer Toolkit for extending Dynamics functionality.
• Perform CRM configuration and administration.

• Coding & Technical Skills:

• Write and maintain custom code in

  C#.NET

  and

  JavaScript

  .
• Develop SQL scripts and work with

  Microsoft SQL Server

  .
• Create and deploy

  SSRS reports

  .

• Integration & Automation:

• Integrate Dynamics CRM with third-party applications and services.
• Use

  Power Automate (Flow)

  for process automation.
• Understand and implement CRM integration architecture.

• Additional Experience (Good to Have):

• Experience with

  Unified Service Desk (USD)

  .
• Familiarity with

  TFS

  (Team Foundation Server) for version control.

• Agile Methodologies:

• Work in Agile/Scrum environments, participating in sprints, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, clarify requirements, and ensure timely delivery.

• Analytical & Communication Skills:

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently.
• Capable of understanding and interpreting business requirements to deliver technical solutions.
