Preferred: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certifications (PL-200, MB-210, MB-220, MB-230, MB-240, MB-920). Desired Skills: Gather and document functional requirements, translating them into CRM solutions. Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CRM modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service, Project Operations). Implement workflows, security roles, and automation using Power Automate. Lead CRM and Project Operations implementations, data migration, and system testing. Provide user training, troubleshooting, and documentation. Collaborate with teams to align solutions with business goals.
