MS CRM / CE Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy custom solutions within the Dynamics 365 CE environment, focusing on Customer Service modules and integrations.
• Implement omni-channel capabilities including setup and configuration for enhanced customer interaction.
• Develop and maintain MS Dynamics plugins, custom workflows, and custom web applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with other systems and platforms using REST APIs, Azure Integration Services, and Microservices architectures.
• Utilize PowerApps, Power Automate, Logic Apps, and Azure Functions to build and optimize automated workflows and custom business solutions.
• Ensure compliance with Power Platform security guidelines and assist with performance tuning and monitoring.
• Participate in setup, maintenance, and optimization of licensing and environment configuration.
• Provide technical documentation, code reviews, and mentoring to junior developers as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement) with a focus on Customer Service development.
• Experience with omni-channel capabilities and integrations in D365.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Power Platform development (PowerApps, Power Automate).
• Strong development experience using MS Dynamics plugins, custom workflows, and web resources.
• Solid knowledge of C#, .NET Framework 4.x, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Core.
• Familiarity with design patterns, SOA, REST APIs, and Microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Azure development services (Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure Flows).
• Understanding of Power Platform security, governance, monitoring, and optimization practices.
• SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) mandatory.
