Implementing the optimum way to keep statistics of sales and stock Placing orders to replenish stock without overstocking Working relationship with internal project teams and maintaining strong supplier relations. Preparing reports and maintaining accurate inventory and procurement records. Complying with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. Managing daily purchasing activities. Maintaining the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation. Establishing and developing good working relationships with vendors and suppliers. Reviewing all purchase-related documents for errors before it is sent to the accounting department. Tracking and maintaining the status of orders, and reporting any delivery issues. Responding to emergency requests and expediting orders as needed. Maintaining records of all transactions, purchase orders, receipts, and payments. Scheduling and verifying purchase deliveries. Building and maintaining positive, long-term supplier relations. Qualifications:

Position Title: Materials Planning Analyst, Sr. I Eligibility Criteria: Years of Experience : 5 - 6 years Job Experience: Experience in an MRP-based Planning or Manufacturing operation Educational : Engineering degree in the field of Industrial Production/Mechanical (APICS CSCP/CPIM preferred) Primary Responsibilities: Responsible for assuring the availability of replenishment spare parts and upgrade kits for North America Customers as well as for regional depots in North America, Europe and Asia Manage the planning and resupply of material for an assigned set of parts, in support of organizational asset management and customer service goals Rely on both the analysis of historical consumption and the technical expertise of new product evaluation Implement ERP planning parameter changes as determined by the established process of parameter review against demand and installed base Reviews and reacts to MRP exception messages to correct due-date shortfalls in planned supply, with a focus on specific customer account requirements for material availability and corporate financial results for asset management Conduct Root Cause and Corrective Action analyses for unexpected, undesirable results and present them to management Mandatory Skills required to perform the job: Strong skills in the areas of service parts/spares parts planning Strong analytical, problem solving and system skills Proficiency in SAP MM or worked in any ERP, MS Office Skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint) Advanced level in MS Excel Intermediate level MS Access High energy, strong work ethic, adaptive, able to meet tight deadlines Proven ability and skill set to analyze, document and improve business processes with sustained results High level of customer interfacing skills, effective listener, professional and courteous Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate cross-functionally Strong interpersonal skills, with a desire to work as part of a team Desirable Skill: Familiarity with service planning, forecasting, and optimization system software (Preferably SPM) Semiconductor capital equipment product knowledge and relevant experience in the semiconductor industry

Experience in handling new suppliers, inventory, managing shipments, reviewing vendors, supplier audits, MRP Order action, Push out, pull-ins and cancellation, Knowledge of MRP systems & commercial software, Handle global freight forwarders.

5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in SAP PP. Knowledge of MRP processes, planning strategies, and master data. Experience in plant rollout activities fit-gap analysis and cutover planning. Good understanding of integration with MM & SD modules.

Production planning and Control (PPC) & Inventory Management Role & responsibilities KRAs and KPIs:- Prepare daily, weekly & monthly plans based on consent of all stakeholders. Participate in daily production meeting for discussion of production planning activities. Shortage analysis and coordinate with warehouse/Material control and production to ensure the smooth running of line. Components ordering through MRP module in SAP and inventory management. Provide machine wise and shift wise production orders to production and all relevant department. Ensure the completion of production orders of previous day. Prepare the plant performance reports like OTD, OTIF, Unplanned change over, Inventory aging report, loading efficiency etc. on daily/weekly/Monthly basis and circulation to all stakeholders. Compile the weekly performance data and present to management. Knowledge of SAP specially PP & MM module. Coordination of material delivery from stakeholders like import purchase/Domestic Purchase /Logistics for arrival of material. EOL ordering on time and ensure obsolescence % should be under define target after model EOL production. Checking of BOM, Updating the relevant changes in system as and when required. Ensure the MRP parameters are correct in Master data as per business and MRP is giving correct requirements. Coordinate with stakeholders like industrial engineering regarding capacity and ramp up and prepare the plans accordingly. Closely monitoring the delivery commitment and adherence the same.
