Job Description

Qualification: Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Years of Experience: 5+ YEARS Key Responsibilities: New Product development & Design, drawings, outsourcing design/checking/ approval. Work on orders product design & drawings for production process/checking/ approval. Site erectioning for new products, installation assy & checking for new product & trials. New Products, New samples assy & checking. Site Visits for shed requirements, Understand & know customer New requirements. Must have strong leadership skills and be action oriented, possess sound judgment, decision making capabilities, perseverance, and problem-solving skills. Plastic injection design and development experience. Must have high proficient 3D CAD modeling/design (preferably Solidedge) Hands on experience with Design Control experience including design and process verification and validation. Experience in manufacturing and assembly processes of plastic injection molded parts and assemblies. Regular order bill of material like CAGES, PFS, NDS, EC Houses, checking/approval. Shed layout Drawings & Calculations checking. Good Knowledge with hands on Auto cad, Solid edge 2022/ 2023,Unigraphics NX10,NX11,NX12,NX23. Create BOM as per the design Review the Diemaker and Production Team. Able to do the Mould design independently Knowledge of the Mould flow, Simulation, Reverse Engineering. Knowledge of the HRS System, Manifold, Sequential valve gate system. Knowledge of the various types of the Runner gates. Thorough understand part geometry, Moldability & Capability Studies, Tolerance analysis. Demonstrated knowledge of applied mechanical engineering in product design and evaluation. Ability to make independent and sound judgments. Knowledge about 2 plates ,3 Plates, Unscrewing Moulds, Rubber Moulds, Overmoulding,Gas assist Moulds. Creating computer models of products that can be used to produce moulds for casting metals or plastics. Reviewing blueprints, drawing, or other design specifications to determine, how to translate them into moulds. Determining the type of material needed to create the mould and calculating its size and shape Design optimization and debugging of existing mould, Lead mould design review and engineering meetings, provide technical support to production regarding processing issues and quality problems due to material, process or tooling issues Layout and concept design as per customer requirement Project study & requirement of customer. 3D modeling of overall new product in3D software Must Know the Layout of Electrical Design Must know the Breeder trolley Programming.
