The ideal candidate will be responsible for onboarding, training, and scaling partnerships with automobile dealerships for insurance distribution and services. Key Responsibilities: Dealer Onboarding: Identify and onboard car and bike dealerships into the Policybazaar Partners ecosystem. Channel Development: Build and strengthen long-term relationships with dealer partners to drive insurance sales. Sales Enablement: Train dealership staff on insurance product offerings, sales techniques, and compliance. Target Achievement: Drive business through dealer networks to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets. Reporting & Analytics: Track performance metrics, generate sales reports, and suggest improvements. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure proper documentation, adherence to IRDAI norms, and policy issuance workflows. Market Intelligence: Keep a pulse on competitor offerings, market trends, and customer preferences. Candidate Requirements: Graduate / MBA preferred. 26 years of experience in dealership sales, channel management, automotive finance, or general insurance. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Experience working with vehicle dealerships or in motor insurance is a strong plus. Willingness to travel locally and within region. Why Join Us?
