As a Sales Trainer in Pune, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs to enhance the performance of telesales teams. Your role will involve conducting skill assessments, identifying areas of improvement for trainees, and developing tailored training content, materials, and activities aligned with sales processes. Monitoring the progress of trainees, providing feedback for improvement, and collaborating with team leads to align training programs with business goals will be crucial aspects of your job. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sales Trainer in a sales or telesales environment. Strong knowledge of outbound telesales processes, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills are essential. Your ability to engage and motivate participants during training sessions will be key to your success. A qualification of HSC or higher will be accepted for this position. In this full-time role, the in-hand salary ranges from 40,000 to 55,000 with working hours from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Sunday as the designated week off.
