Motion Graphics Designer

We are seeking a talented Motion Graphics Designer with over 2 years of experience to breathe life into static visuals through captivating animations and storytelling. If you possess a passion for blending design, animation, and creativity to craft compelling visual content, this role is tailor-made for you. Your contribution will be instrumental in shaping the presentation of ideas, products, and brands through motion. Your responsibilities will include creating visually engaging motion graphics and animations for diverse purposes such as marketing campaigns, product videos, social media, websites, and internal communications. You will collaborate closely with graphic designers, video editors, content creators, and marketing teams to grasp project objectives and deliver animated assets that align with the vision. Transforming storyboards and creative briefs into captivating animations, integrating voiceovers, sound effects, music, and timing to evoke emotional responses, and designing various animated elements like transitions, title sequences, explainer videos, product demos, and logo animations will be key aspects of your role. Maintaining a high standard of quality while juggling multiple projects and meeting deadlines is crucial, along with staying updated on the latest design and animation trends, tools, and techniques. To qualify for this position, you should have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Motion Graphics Designer or in a similar capacity. Proficiency in After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Premiere Pro is essential. Demonstrated expertise in creating 2D animations, kinetic typography, transitions, and character animations, as well as strong visual storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail, composition, and color are required. A robust portfolio showcasing your motion design work, including animation reels, is a must. The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, knowledge of 3D animation using tools like Cinema 4D or Blender, experience with UI/UX motion for apps and websites, and an understanding of brand guidelines for animating within visual identity systems are also necessary.
