Job Summary:

Aertrip is looking for a talented and detail-oriented Motion & Graphic Designer to join our creative team in Ghitorni, New Delhi. This role requires a strong sense of visual storytelling and the ability to craft eye-catching designs and animations for digital campaigns, social media, websites, and internal communications. If you have a passion for travel and design, we’d love to see your creativity in action.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize, design, and animate motion graphics for social media posts, marketing videos, reels, website elements, and product explainers.
• Design static creatives such as banners, brochures, ads, posters, web graphics, emailers, thumbnails, etc.
• Create engaging short videos and still visuals for multiple digital platforms.
• Collaborate with the content, marketing, and product teams to understand briefs and deliver assets that meet brand and campaign goals.
• Ensure brand consistency across all design materials.
• Edit and repurpose video footage and templates as needed.
• Manage multiple design tasks while meeting deadlines with high-quality output.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–4 years of relevant experience in graphic and motion design.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe XD/Figma.
• Strong design sense with a deep understanding of typography, layout, color, composition, and animation.
• Ability to convert concepts and scripts into compelling visual assets.
• Attention to detail with the ability to follow creative direction while adding original flair.
• A portfolio showcasing both motion and graphic design work is mandatory.

Bonus Skills (Good to Have):

• Basic knowledge of 3D tools (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D).
• Experience with video editing, transitions, sound syncing, and YouTube content.
• Familiarity with UI/UX and responsive design is a plus.
• Previous experience in the travel, lifestyle, or e-commerce industries.

Important:

Still & Short Video Portfolio RequiredTo be considered for the interview, candidates must share a portfolio that includes both still creatives and short videos (e.g., reels, animations, social ads).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
