Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Tender/Bid Specialist with 4-5 years of expertise, preferably within the medical gas pipeline systems and modular OT fields. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing comprehensive, compliant, and competitive bids, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry standards. Key Responsibilities: Tender Document Analysis: Review and interpret tender documents, specifications, and requirements. Identify and summarize compliance points, potential risks, and key deliverables. Prepare pre-bid points, addressing both technical and commercial aspects of the tender. Attend pre-bid meetings (online or physical) to clarify requirements. Bid Preparation: Prepare and compile both technical and commercial bid documents. Ensure all documentation meets client requirements and adheres to relevant standards. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and inputs for bids. Compliance Documentation: Develop and maintain compliance metrics and checklists to ensure tender requirements are met. Organize and prepare all compliance-related documents and certifications. Product Offering Documentation: Create and update product offering documents, including brochures and technical datasheets. Ensure product information is accurate, up-to-date, and in line with tender specifications. Coordination & Communication: Liaise with government bodies, clients, and internal stakeholders to clarify requirements and provide information. Oversee tender submission processes and follow up on submitted bids to track progress. Market & Competitor Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and inform bid strategies. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance the competitiveness of our bids. Post-Tender Activities: Manage post-tender negotiations and address any technical or commercial clarifications. Maintain records of tender submissions, outcomes, and feedback for continuous improvement. Key Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Engineering or a background in Science/Commerce, with strong academic performance. 4-10 years of experience in the tender/bidding process, preferably within related industries. Strong understanding of government tender processes and requirements. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and document preparation skills. Proficiency in managing tender-related documents with high attention to detail. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Familiarity with medical infrastructure solutions and products is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with ERP and tender management software. Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards within the healthcare industry. Good opportunity for Occupational Therapists. No of Position:- 1 no. Location:- Bangalore - Indira Nagar Type of Requirement:- New Requirement Type of Employment:- Part Time- Contractual Educational Qualification:- Masters in Occupational Therapy (MOT) Completed. Experience:- 2 to 7 years and above. Note:- MOT must be complete! Salary:- As per Industry Standards Duties and Responsibilities:- To meet the clients goals and needs, provide quality care by assessing and interpreting evaluations and test results: determine occupational therapy treatment plans in consultation with the clinical team or by prescription, create, supervise home programs and follow ups. To support clients to develop or regain physical or mental functioning or adjust to disabilities by implementing programs involving manual arts crafts, practice in functional, prevocational, vocational and home making skills, activities of daily living, and sensor monitor, educational, recreational and social activities and directing aides technicians and assistants. Evaluate results of therapy by observing, noting and evaluating clients progress, recommending and implementing adjustments and modification. Complete discharge planning by consulting with the clinical team. Assures continuation of therapeutic plan following discharge by designing and instructing client families and caregivers in home exercise programs, recommending or providing assistive equipment. Documents client care services by charting in client and department records such as CRM, client record files, etc. To educate a client family about how to accommodate and care for the client by giving advice and arranging support for family members, caretakers and clients To undertake general administrative tasks for example writing reports, maintaining records and case notes. Involve the multi-disciplinary case discussion on a regular basis and documentation of all cases. To stay abreast with all latest developments in the field of specialization and introduce contemporary treatment methodologies as they evolve. Ensure that the centre remains best in class” by striving for continuous improvement, innovation and building community awareness. Support in outreach at the centre and foundation including delivering workshops and execution.
