Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or related field. 8+ years of relevant experience in industrial engineering within a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, and other IE tools. Proficiency in time and motion study, method study, and layout optimization. Familiarity with ERP/MES systems and industrial engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, MOST, Work-Factor, etc.). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Strong communication and team management abilities.
