Experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies. Strong understanding of IT systems, software development lifecycles (SDLC), and enterprise IT frameworks. Technical & Soft Skills: Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Monday.com). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. Knowledge of SAP, MES & other enterprise applications. PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, or Agile certifications preferred.
